Day 73
What impressed me today was Joseph’s household. His servant who replies, “Peace to you, do not be afraid. Your God and the God of your father has put treasure in your sacks for you.”
His words are so like the voices of angels when they have spoken, “Peace and do not be afraid!” followed often by some pronouncement of blessing…a child, a treasure.
About God?
He sends his servants to speak “Peace to you, do not be afraid….for unto you is born this day, a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.”
About Me?
Sometimes I must choose Peace over fear, acceptance over control, recieving over giving, being over doing and joy…no matter how fleeting. Choose Joy!
About the World?
Joy, to the world, the Lord has come!
